摘  要:采用正交试验和信噪比两种分析方法,并基于BP神经网络,研究了工件超声振动电火花复合加工技术的两个重要方面:工艺参数优化和工艺预测模型。研究了间隙电压、峰值电流、脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔对表面粗糙度及加工时间的影响,得到了基于试验数据的预测模型。结果表明,对表面粗糙度影响最大的电参数是峰值电流,然后依次为间隙电压、脉冲间隔、脉冲宽度,最优参数组为间隙电压65V,峰值电流2A,脉冲宽度5μs,脉冲间隔70μs;对加工速度影响最大的电参数是峰值电流,然后依次为脉冲宽度、间隙电压、脉冲间隔,最优参数组为间隙电压65 V,峰值电流8 A,脉冲宽度50μs,脉冲间隔10μs。通过信噪比分析得到的结果与正交试验分析得到的结果基本相同,但信噪比分析的结果比正交试验分析的结果稳定性得到提高。Adopting two analysis methods of orthogonal test and signal-to-noise ratio, based on BP neural network, the two important aspects of ultrasonic EDM were studied, such as process parameters optimization and process prediction model. The influences of gap voltage, peak current, pulse width and pulse interval on the surface roughness and processing speed were studied. The prediction model based on experiment data could be obtained. The results show that the biggest influence on the surface roughness is the peak current, and then the gap voltage, pulse interval and pulse width are in turn. The optimal parameter group is the gap voltage 65V, the peak current 2A, the pulse width 5μs and the pulse interval 70μs. The biggest impact on the processing speed is the peak current, and then followed by the pulse width, gap voltage, pulse interval, the optimal parameter group is the gap voltage 65V, the peak current 8A, the pulse width 50μs, the pulse interval 10μs. The results obtained by signal-to-noise ratio are basically the same as the results obtained by orthognnal test, but the stability of the results obtained by signal-to-noise ratio is better than that obtained by orthogonal test.
