摘　　要：体部肿瘤的立体定向放疗（SBRT）因其疗效好，副作用低，在临床上的应用越来越广泛。根据肿瘤特征、位置和大小，采用不同的放疗分割模式，但最佳分隔模式和OAR的剂量限制仍不清楚，需要进一步研究和观察长期的不良反应。Stereotactic body radiation therapy has become more and more popular in clinical practice due to its satisfactory efficacy and relatively low incidence of side effects. Different fractionation schemes are adopted based on the characteristics, location, and size of tumor. However, the optimal fractionation scheme and dose limits for organs at risk are still not clear. Therefore, further studies and observation of long-term adverse reactions are required.
