海洛因依赖患者HCV和梅毒感染及合并物质滥用情况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊海洛因依赖人群HCV和梅毒感染及物质滥用情况,为制定相应的防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采集自2012年以来广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊海洛因依赖人群静脉血标本共计343例,进行抗-HCV和梅毒检测,随机抽取68例做尿液滥用物质六项筛查。结果:343例海洛因依赖人群中HCV阳性302例,占88.0%(302/343);梅毒阳性31例,占9.0%(31/343);HCV/梅毒合并感染27例,占7.9%(27/343)。68例尿液标本中吗啡阳性58例,占85.3%(58/68);氯胺酮阳性26例,占38.2%(26/68);甲基苯丙胺阳性26例,占38.2%(26/68);吗啡/氯胺酮(+/+)26例,占38.2%(26/68);吗啡/甲基苯丙胺(+/+)20例,占29.4%(20/68);吗啡/氯胺酮/甲基苯丙胺(+/+/+)8例,占11.8%(8/68)。结论:广州市精神病医院美沙酮门诊自2012年1月至2015年7月海洛因依赖人群HCV和梅毒感染率较高,合并存在吗啡、氯胺酮和甲基苯丙胺等物质滥用情况,建议针对在美沙酮门诊治疗的吸毒者情况展开多种疾病和物质滥用的宣传教育和综合干预,并且持续开展HCV和梅毒以及滥用物质检测。Objective：To survey the prevalence of hepatitis C virus（HCV） infection,syphilis and substance abuse among the drug users at the methadone maintenance clinics and provide scientific evidence for the development of appropriate prevention and control measures. Methods ： A total of 343 blood samples were taken from these drug users to detect antibodies to HCV and syphilis. About 68 urine samples were taken from these drug users to detect MOR, MAMP and KET. Results：The positive rates of HCV and syphilis infections among the 343 drug users were 88.0% and 9.0%. The poly positive rates of HCV ＋ syphilis were 7.9%. The positive rates of MOR, KET, MAMP, MOR ＋ KET, MOR ＋ MAMP, MOR ＋ KET ＋ MAMP from drug users were 85.3%, 38.2%, 38.2%, 38.2%, 29.4% and 11.8%. .Colusion ：The infection rate of HCV and syphilis were high among the drug users at the methadone maintenance clinics in Guangzhou Brain Hospital during January, 2012 to July 2015. Poly drug use is popular among the drug users at the methadone maintenance clinics. It is necessary to strengthen the targeted prevention, control measures, conduct constant HCV, syphilis, MOR, MAMP and KET surveillance among the drug users.
