摘　　要：目的探讨应用Enterprise支架辅助栓塞颅内动脉瘤的安全性和有效性。方法收集2012年1月至2015年6月赤峰市医院神经外科收治的60例动脉瘤患者,根据动脉瘤的瘤颈、动脉瘤之间的距离及载瘤动脉管径选择不同规格的Enterprise支架,采取预置支架导管和栓塞微导管的方法,支架辅助下微弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤。结果 60例颅内动脉瘤患者支架均完全释放(100%),Hunt-HessⅠ级栓塞38例,HuntHessⅡ级栓塞21例,Hunt-HessⅢ级栓塞1例,1例患者在栓塞过程中支架内形成血栓,给予盐酸替罗非班氯化钠注射液治疗后血栓消失,栓塞有效率为98%。经半年随访,疗效良好者57例,疗效不良者3例,良好率为88%。结论对颅内动脉瘤栓塞患者采用Enterprise支架治疗,临床效果显著,且在颅内血管介入治疗中应用Enterprise支架治疗具有良好的发展前景。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of Enterprise stent - assisted embolization of intracranial aneurysms. Methods In patients with aneurysm on a single parent artery, 60 patients with a- neurysms admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Chifeng Hospital from January 2012 to June 2015. En- terprise technique was used for the placement of needie sheaths in femoral artery. The different specifications of Enterprise stents were selected according to the aneurysm neck, distance between the two aneurysms, and the di- ameter of parent artery. Using the methods of preset stent catheters and embolizing microcatheters. Microcoils were used to embolize the aneurysms under the assistance of stents. Results The stents of 60 patients with in- tracranial aneurysms were released completely （ 100 % ）. Hunt - Hess I embolization was 38 cases（63.33 % ）, Hunt- Hessl I embolization was 21 cases（35 % ）, and Hunt - Hess m embolization was 1 cases（ 1.6 % ）. One pa- tient had in- stent thrombosis in the process of embolization. And after being treated with tirofiban hydrochlo- ride sodium chloride injectiono the thrombosis disappeared. The effective rate of embolization was 98 %. After six months of follow - up, 57 patients had good curative effect, 3 had poor effect, and the good rate Was 95 %. Con- clusion Using Enterprise stents in patients with intracranial aneurysm embolization treatment, clinical effect is remarkable, and the application in the intracranial vascular interventional treatment Enterprise stents has good development prospects.
