中药清胰汤合剂对慢性胰腺炎中炎症因子IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的对中药清胰汤合剂对慢性胰腺炎中炎症因子IL-6的影响变化进行研究。方法收入我院进行诊治的慢性胰腺炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。对实验组进行常规+中药合剂治疗慢性胰腺炎,对照组只进行常规处理,不联合中药合剂治疗。收集IL-6用药前、用药3 d、用药1周的结果,并进行数据分析。结果实验组中IL-6含量明显低于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药清胰汤合剂能降低慢性胰腺炎胰腺组织中IL-6含量,能显著降低炎症反应,对慢性胰腺炎的治愈具有重要临床意义。Objective To study the changes and effects of traditional Chinese Medicine pancreatic soup mixture on inflammatory factor IL- 6 in the chronic pancreatitis. Method The chronic pancreatitis patients of our hospital for diagnosis and treatment incame were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with each group had 30 cases. The experimental group was given routine ＋ Chinese traditional medicine in treating chronic pancreatitis, control group received conventional treatment, not combined with Chinese tradi- tional medicine in treating. To Collect the treatment results of IL- 6 before the treatment, three days, a week for data analysis. Results In the experimental group the IL - 6 content was significantly lower than the control group, with data statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Qingyitang de- coction can reduce IL - 6 content of pancreatic tissue in chronic pancreatitis, can significantly reduce the inflam- matory response, and has important clinical significance to cure for chronic pancreatitis.
