摘　　要：驾驶者关注自动挡车辆运行的稳定性、舒适性以及安全性,这些性能受到零部件污染而降低,甚至丧失功能。通过测试污染物对自动变速箱传动系统及液压系统的影响,找出污染物产生的来源,并确定了制造全过程的控制方法。Drivers focus on vehicle running stabi lity, comfortable and safety which are matched automatic transmission. These performances are affected by contaminations which may lead basic function loss. Through testing and analyzing effect of contaminations on hydraul ic system and automatic transmission system, we find the resource of contaminations, and propose control methods for whole process.
