摘　　要：文章就美国高校在杜绝学生学术不端和剽窃行为的特有程序和规则,研究了美国高校与社会对该机制的认识与良好的运行环境,研究了该机制的运行规则及其对人才培养素质的保障。这些制度与规则对于中国高校的人才培养具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。American university carries out a set of special regulations on plagiarism prevention. The effective operation of this mechanism plays a vital role in the healthy development of American university and guarantees high-quality talents for American society. It has significant implication for Chinese high education.
