摘  要:南水北调东线黄河滩地埋管工程管涵内径达7.5m,是极为少见的大直径混凝土管涵。本文介绍了一种专门用以拖带大直径内模台车装置的设计制作及施工方法,该装置由自行悬吊式台车配合自行衬砌式内模台车组成,该方法在南水北调工程施工中减少了内模安拆工作量,加快了施工进度,有效地提高了施工效率。Pipe culvert inner diameter in Yellow River beach pipe laying work of South-North Water Diversion Project is 7. 5 m, which belongs to extremely rare large-diameter concrete pipe culvert. In the paper, a method of designing, manufacturing and constructing trolley device specially for towing large-diameter inner membrane is introduced. The device is composed of self-powered suspension trolley matched by self-powered lining inner membrane trolley. The method can reduce inner membrane installation and remove workload in the construction of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, thereby accelerating construction progress, and effectively improving the construction efficiency.
