摘  要:转向液压系统是轮式装载机中最为重要的液压系统之一,它直接影响整机的安全性、作业效率、能源消耗及操作舒适性。针对现有装载机流量放大转向液压系统存在的效率低及转向"发飘"等问题进行分析,提出一种流量放大阀的改进方案。台架和装机试验验证了改进方案的正确性和有效性。新型流量放大阀应用于转向液压系统,不仅使得转向平稳安全,而且有效降低了系统的功率损失,具有非常广阔的市场应用前景。Hydraulic steer system is one of the most important hydraulic systems in the wheel loader that it would affect direct safety,working efficiency,power consumption rate and operation comfort of the whole machine.In view of the existing loaders that there are existing problems such as low efficiency and 'drift' in steering operation in the hydraulic system with flow amplifier,which deserves an improvement according to an analysis thereof.Tests at the bench and thru verification on the loader have proved correctness and effectiveness of the improvement.When a new flow amplifier is adopted in the hydraulic steer system it can not only secure a smooth and stable steering but also minimize power loss to the system,thus presenting a very broad usage prospect for the market.
