摘　　要：目的 建立活血止痛软胶囊中的阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以C18（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）为色谱柱,乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液（15∶85）为流动相,流速为1.0m L/min,检测波长为316nm。结果 方法学考察表明：阿魏酸的进样量在0.0137~0.3415μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系（r=1）,平均回收率为98.3%（n=6）,RSD=1.0%;结论 本方法较原标准中方法专属性强,更简便、快速、准确,提高和完善了活血止痛软胶囊的质量控制标准。Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue Zhitong soft cap- sule. phoric suit Methods The CenturySILC18 BDS column（5μm,4.6mm ×250mm）was used with acetonitrile -0.085%phos- acid solution（15：85） as a mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min, detecting wavelength was 316nm. Re- The methodological studies indicated that a good linear correlation for the ferulic acid existed in the range of 0. 0137 - 0. 3415 μg（ r = 1 ）. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 98.3% （ n = 6） and RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion The method is simpler, faster, accurater and more convenient for improving and perfecting the quality control standard Huoxue Zhitong soft capsule.
