中西医结合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究血栓通注射液对视网膜静脉栓塞患者视功能及血流变指标的影响。方法将68例(93眼)视网膜静脉栓塞患者随机分为两组。对照组34例(46眼)给予基础治疗,治疗组34例(47眼)给予血栓通注射液静脉注射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组视力水平及血液流变学指标水平显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),但治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未出现明显的不良反应症状与出血事件,且治疗后复查血常规、肾功能、肝功能等均结果均正常。结论对于视网膜静脉栓塞患者,采用血栓通能够有效降低眼压、改善视功能或者提高患者视力水平,降低全血及血浆粘度发挥抗凝作用,疗效确切、安全性高。Abstracts：Objective To research on the effect of Xueshuantong Injection on visual function and blood rheology index in patients with retinal vein occlusion. Methods 68 patients （93 eyes） with retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 34 patients （46 eyes） in control group were treated with basic treatment, 34 patients （47 eyes） in treatment group were treated with Xueshuantong Injection by intravenous injection, 1 time / d. The clinical efficacies and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, visual acuities and blood indexes of both groups were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , After treatment, neither group appeared obvious symptoms of adverse reactions and bleeding events, both groups of blood rou- tine examination, renal function and liver function were normal. Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection can effectively decrease IOP, improve visual function and enhance the visual acuity levels, reduce blood viscosity, it is effective with high salty.
