中医药信息学专业人才社会需求分析

摘  要:对全国592所中医医院进行问卷调查,60家医药软件企业进行网络资料收集,并对其中具有代表性的21所中医医院和6家医药软件企业进行深度访谈。数据统计显示,中医医院专职信息人员配置达标比例仅有46.39%,信息人员所学专业为信息相关类的比例为50.99%,反映中医医院对信息学专业人才仍存在较大需求。对医药软件企业收集资料分析发现对应聘人员的数据库和开发语言要求较为集中。中医药信息专业教育应根据社会需求进一步明确专业方向和培养目标,加强实践教学环节,实现学校与企业、学生与企业的互动,促进专业教育与经济社会发展的深度融合。Objective To analyse and discuss the social demands of Informatics professionals of traditional Chinese medicine and pro- vide a reference to optimize the training target, training mode and curriculum system building. Methods Questionnaire investigations were made in 592 TCM hospitals, information was collected from medical software of 60 companies, deep interviews were held among 21 represent ative TCM hospitals and 6 medical software companies. Results 498 of 592 questionnaires were effectively taken back, accounting for 98.03% , which met the statistical requirements. According to the statistics, only 46.39% of full -time staffing were complied with TCM hos- pitals, and 50.99% of informatics staff's majors were relevant to informatics, which showed the great demands for Informatics professionals in TCM hospitals. Additionally, candidates for database and programming language requirements were more concentrated through the data col- lected in medical software companies. Conclusion The education of Informatics professionals of TCM should clarify the direction and profes- sional training objectives and strengthen the practice teaching according to social demands. In order to achieve the interactions between schools and companies, students and companies should promote deeper integration of professional education according to the economic and so- cial development.
