摘 要:目的探讨不同根管长度测量仪与数字化X线测量根管工作长度的准确性。方法选取60例拟行根管治疗恒牙病例的150颗患牙(共237根管)为研究对象,随机分为A组(50颗,根管81个)、B组(50颗,根管79个)、C组(50颗,根管77个),3组根管工作长度的测量分别采取Denaport ZX根管长度测量仪、Sybron Endo根管长度测量仪、数字化X线片进行。比较三种测量方法的准确性。结果 3组间准确率、成功率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组根管充填末端至根尖末端的距离在同一牙位、牙髓状态下两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在同一组内,不同牙位、牙髓状态下根管充填末端至根尖末端的距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Sybron Endo、Denaport ZX两种根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性均较高,与数字化X线摄像技术测量的准确性相当,但电测法存在的优势更显著,不仅操作方便、快捷,且无射线,能有效避免电离辐射,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To investigate the accuracy of root canal working length detected by different root canal length measuring instruments and digital X-ray measuring. Methods Sixty patients who were going to receive root canal treatment including 150 suffered incisors teeth( a total of 237 root canals) were enrolled in the study. By means of random digits table,these patients were divided into group A( 50 teeth,81 root canals),group B( 50 teeth,79 root canals),group C( 50 teeth,77 root canals). The root canal working length in three groups was detected by Denaport ZX root canal length measuring instrument,Sybron Endo root canal length measuring instrument,digital X-ray,respectively. The measuring accuracy was compared among three groups. Results There were no significant differences in the accuracy and success rate among three groups( P 0. 05). There was no significant differences in the distance from root canal filling end to root tip end in the same tooth pulp state between every two groups( P 0. 05). Moreover,there was no significant difference in the distance from theend of root canal obturation to the end of root tip in different tooth position and different tooth pulp state within one group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The accuracy of root canal working length detected by Sybron Endo and Denaport ZX root canal length measuring instruments is higher,which is similar to that of digital X-ray imaging technique,however,the advantage of electrical measuring method is more obvious,with fast and easy operation,without X-ray and ionizing radiation,thus,which are worth being widely applied in clinical practice.
