摘　　要：文章对供给侧结构性改革做了简要阐述,借鉴美国、德国历史经验及我国广东地区的先行做法,就充分发挥科技创新在全面创新中的支撑和引领作用,加大科技供给,提升全要素生产率,培育新的发展动能,为供给侧结构性改革助力,实现经济发展动力转换,提出可供参考的观点。The paper briefly describes the supply-side structural reform. Based on the experience of America, Germany and Guangdong, it puts forward some viewpoints on playing the leading role of scientific and technological innovation to promote economic development.
