摘　　要：对辽宁省休闲体育发展所具备的优势、存在的劣势、面临的机遇以及潜在的威胁进行分析,对于确立辽宁省休闲体育整体性发展规划,达成辽宁省休闲体育运动的蓬勃发展具有重要的现实意义。Under the overall revitalization of old industrial bases strategic objectives of promoting and promoting national fitness campaign, this paper analyzes the advantages, the weakness, the opportunities and the potential threat of the leisure sports in Liaoning province, for establishment of Liaoning province leisure sports holistic development plan, to reach the booming recreational sports has extremely important practical significance.
