国际兽医教育的新动向及其对我国的启示——基于第四届世界动物卫生组织全球兽医教育大会有关情况的报告

摘　　要：兽医教育是兽医事业发展的基础,各国政府和相关国际组织都将加强兽医教育作为提高本国兽医卫生服务能力的关键措施之一。近年来,发达国家的兽医教育日益呈现出标准化、信息化、综合化、终身化和国际化的趋势,兽医教育水平持续提升。世界动物卫生组织(OIE)则通过举办全球兽医教育大会等手段,致力于在全球范围内推动兽医教育水平的提升,有力地促进了各国兽医机构效能的持续提高。我国有关部门应紧盯国际兽医教育新动向,结合我国兽医教育实际,通过创新兽医学历教育模式、强化兽医人员继续教育以及深化兽医教育的国际交流与合作,进一步提升我国的兽医教育水平,有效地夯实我国兽医工作的人才基础。Veterinary education is the foundation of veterinary service. Governments and relevant international organizations all take strengthening veterinary education as one of the key measures for improving the veterinary health service. In recent years,veterinary education in developed countries continues to improve with increasingly apparent features such as more measurable standards,on- line study,all- round education,lifelong learning and more international exchanges. World Organization for Animal Health（ OIE）,through various forms including organizing Global Conference on Veterinary Education,aims at improving global veterinary education,so as to enhance the performance of global veterinary services. The departments concerned should follow those new trends in global veterinary education closely,and in line with China＇s concrete situation,raise the veterinary education level through promoting innovations in formal schooling,strengthening continuing education,as well as enhancing international exchanges and cooperation,so as to provide more veterinary professionals to sustain further development in China＇s veterinary service.
