关于高校科研管理服务工作的思考——以地方本科院校为例

摘　　要：在重视人才培养的大前提下,重大科研项目、标志性成果奖项、协同创新平台等,对于大学排名和教师生涯发展是"关键性"指标。科研强校、科研成师是高校和教师共同努力奋斗的目标。因此,做好科研管理和服务,一切为了学校的科研实力,一切为了教师的科研发展,是科研管理部门及其科研管理人员的工作理念。在此工作理念引领下,提出了科研管理服务的工作目标和工作内容,强调了要创新科研管理服务的工作方式,并指出了在科研管理服务工作中的注意事项。Under the premise of emphasizing talent training, key scientific research projects, landmark achievements and collaborative innovation platforms, ete, have constituted critical indicators of measuring university rank and the development of teachers＇ career. Strengthening colleges and universities and improving faculty through strong scientific research capability is the common goal of all colleges and universities. Therefore, scientific research department and staff members should establish the concept that good scientifm research management and service is to enhance university and college power and to improve teachers＇ career develop- ment. Guided by this concept, this paper states the objectives and content of scientific research management and service, with an emphasis on innovating the working methods, and points out some matters which should be paid special attention to.
