美国高校教育基金会研究对我国高等院校的启示

摘　　要：我国高校教育基金会起步晚、发展慢,募集的资金和投资的收益在高校办学经费中所占比例寥寥无几。美国高等院校教育基金会在经历了300余年的探索后已然非常成熟,耶鲁大学教育基金会的具体案例值得学习与借鉴。通过中美高校教育基金会对比的视角分析,剖析了当前制约我国高等院校教育基金会发展的关键所在,并分别从健全内部体系、用好校友资源、加强相关制度建设这三方面提出了若干建议与措施,力图深入探索我国高等院校教育基金会发展路径,从而有效推进我国高等院校教育基金会的快速发展。The education foundation in the colleges and universities in China started late and developed slowly and its level now is much lower, and even the funds raised and the return of investment in the proportion of the whole funds for running universities is very few. After more than 300 years of exploration, American university education foundation has achieved a mature development and we could learn a lot from the specific cases of the education foundation of Yale University. Through the comparative analy- sis of educational development foundation between the USA and China, this paper analyzes the key point for restricting the development of higher education foundation in China. The author puts forward several good suggestions and measures from three aspects which are how to improve the internal system, how to make good use of alumni resources, and how to strengthen the construction of related system. We try to explore the way forward for several next decades and promote a healthy and rapid development of university education foundations in China.
