院校合作对大一护生学习机能学科的作用

摘  要:目的探讨了机能学科的院校合作模式,使大一护生在识岗过程中知道护理操作中所包含的相关基础知识点,体会到基础知识应用的意义,产生"我要学"的意愿。方法由不同层面人员参与设计的见习指导的2010级护理1-2班(97人,实验班),以单纯临床护理人员带教的2010级护理3-5班(158人,对照班),比较实验班和对照班学生机能课程、紧密相关的后续课程的成绩,以及参与实习回来后对机能学科和早期临床接触中所学到的知识的认识来评价。结果实验班对正常人体机能感兴趣的程度、对机能学科与专业的认识普遍高于对照班;其机能课程、后续课程的成绩明显高于对照班,P〈0.05。结论院校合作教学模式下由多层面的人员参与设计大一护生早期接触临床的过程,有利于提高教学效果,增加学习兴趣。Objective To investigate the mode of university-institutional collaboration function disciplines, so freshman nursing students know the basic knowledge of the operating point of care contained in the identification process of the post to appreciate the significance of the basics of the application, the "I want to learn." Participatory approach to design with different levels of trainee guide 2010 nursing class 1-2(97 experimental class) to a simple clinical nurses with nursing teaching 2010 3-5 classes(158, control classes), compare experimental classes and control classes student performance courses and the results of follow-up courses closely related, as well as the knowledge of the internship after coming back to the subject function and early clinical exposure have learned to evaluate. The results of the experimental class level of interest in normal body functions, subject to performance and professional awareness is generally higher than the control class; its performance courses and the results follow-up courses were significantly higher, P0.05. Conclusion Cooperation Learning Institutions multifaceted personnel involved in the design freshman nursing students early contact with clinical course to improve teaching effectiveness and increase interest in learning.
