摘　　要：通过解读2015版《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》中"档案专业人员"的归类和定义,明析档案职业人员的社会角色、组织归属、岗位范围和行为特征,并据此框定档案职业相关研究的理性空间,以促进职业的永续发展。Based on the classification and definition of ＂Archival Professionals＂ in Occupation classifi- cation for the People＇s Republic of China （2015）, this paper makes an analysis on social role, organization- al affiliation, job scope and behavior characteristics of Archival Professionals, as well as the fields and as- pects of studying on this profession to promote its development.
