滋肺散结方预防前列腺癌去势抵抗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察滋肺散结方对去势抵抗型前列腺癌（CRPC）的预防作用。方法 将110例非去势抵抗型前列腺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组55例。对照组予去势加内分泌治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上,加服滋肺散结方治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,随访至终点时间或研究截止,观察去势抵抗发生率、血尿与骨转移发生率、终点事件发生率,比较前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）的倍增情况。结果①至2016年3月,110例病例的随访时间范围为12-36个月,中位随访时间为24个月。②至研究截止时,治疗组、对照组CRPC发生率分别为10.91%、69.09%,差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组PSA倍增情况比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。③两组血尿与骨转移发生率比较,差异有统计学意义,即治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。4两组终点事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义,即治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 滋肺散结方可一定程度上抑制CRPC的发生,减少尿血及骨转移,从而提高患者生活质量,延长其生存时间。Objective To observe the preventive effects of ＂Zifei Sanjie Decoction＂ on castrate resistant prostate cancer（CRPC）. Methods Total 110 subjects with non-CRPC were randomized into two group ： the control group in which 55 cases were treated with castration and endocrine therapy, and the treatment group in which 55 cases were treated with ＂Zifei Sanjie Decoction＂ additionally, with a course of 3 months. At the end of follow up, the incidence of castration resistance, hematuria and bone metastases, and terminal events were observed, the doubling of prostate specific antigen （PSA） was compared. Results ①Up to March 2016 ,the follow up time for all patients ranged from 12 -36 months. Median time was 24 months. ②The incidence of CRPC in the treatment group and control group were 10.91% and 69.09% respectively, the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. ③There were statistically significant differences in the doubling of PSA, hematuria and bone metastases and terminal events between two groups, and those in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Zifei Sanjie Decoction＂ could inhibit the CRPC to a certain extent and decrease the hematuria and bone metastasis, which improve the life quality of patients and prolong the survival time.
