摘　　要：从IC设计到IC封装设计再到PCB设计,相关技术及设计平台的边界交集越来越多,其中的IC封装设计会是PCB设计的一个重要方向,文章预测了PCB设计软件的在今后5~10年内的发展趋势,这个预测可以为PCB设计从业者提供职业及技能方向的参考。We can see that different technology areas and design platforms will have more and more intersection in IC package design which will play an important role in PCB design software development. This article predicts PCB design software development tendency in the next 5-10 years and the predictions can be a reference for career and technology direction for the PCB designer.
