摘　　要：目的探讨原发性输尿管鳞状细胞癌的临床特征。方法报告1例肾周脂肪、输尿管断端、肾病理切片图切片未见癌患者的临床资料,患者为偶发肿瘤,有输尿管结石病史。结果术后病理提示输尿管高分化鳞状细胞癌,浸润至固有层。结论对于有长期结石、炎症等慢性刺激病史的患者,需警惕输尿管鳞状细胞癌发生的可能。Objective To explore the clinical feature of primary squamous carcinoma of ureter.Methods The clinical data of 1 case of perinephric fat,ureteral broken end,renal biopsy sections withour cancer was reviewed.Patient with cancer was sporadic and had a history of ureteral stones.Results Postoperative pathological examination showed a highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the ureter,which was infiltrated into the lamina.Conclusion For patients with a long-term of chronic stimulation such as calculi or inflammation,squamous cell carcinoma of ureter should be alerted.
