摘  要:在医学人文教育实践中发现,无论是从学医的动机和目的、学医的过程,还是从就业的取向来看,部分医学生的医师职业情怀被金钱超越,体现着拜金的价值观。这种价值观淹没了对患者的同情心,篡改医患之间的伦理道德关系为商业关系,必然会引致刻薄寡恩式的行医。这种价值观因家庭功利性的学医考量,社会和医务界商业化的侵扰,人文情怀教化力度的不足而形成。医学院校应肩负和弘扬医学教育内在的善的使命,匡正拜金价值观;播种善因,引导医学生回归医学至善的初心,涵养其善良之心;行中庸之道,培养医学生"温柔的欲望"。In medical education, one serious problem is that some medical students have the money-oriented value instead of medical professional feelings, which can be revealed from their motivation to study medicine, their behaviors in the study and their choice of the career. As a result, the students were lack of sympathy to the patients and taking their relation with patients as a commercial relationship. The reasons of this phenomenon were the utilitarian consideration of the students' family decision on studying medicine, the commercialization of medicine and the whole society, and the lack of humanity cultivation. Therefore, the medical colleges should take promoting the goodness of medicine as their fundamental missions, correct the money-oriented value, guide students resorting to their conscience and control desires.
