摘 要:针对自主式多属性综合评价问题,提出了一种基于集体绩效优化的评价方法.集体绩效的优化不能以牺牲多数人的利益而使少数人获益;但是,不能将多数人的利益等同于集体的利益,即不能以多数人获益为名而使少数个体受益情况急剧恶化,最终导致整个集体绩效的倒退.提出了两个集体绩效优化目标:集体中多数个体绩效改善和集体总绩效改善.建立了集体绩效优化模型,通过模型求解、检验目标实现结果、更新优化的属性权重分配方案这样一个过程,达到集体绩效目标的逐渐改善.一个员工绩效评价的算例,展示了集体绩效优化的过程及效果.提出的方法无需协调被评价对象在属性权重方面的直接矛盾.同时,对于被评价对象来说,只需达成两个集体绩效优化目标的共识即可,操作简单、易行.For multiple attribute comprehensive evaluation problems of self-determination, a new approach is proposed based on the optimization of collective achievements. The two-level optimzation objectives are presented as most members' achievement enhanced and the total achievements enhanced. The optimization model is set up. Through the optimization process including solving the model, checking up with the objectives and renovating the attribute weighting assignments, the collective achievements are approved gradually. Then a numerical example of employee achievements evaluation is given to illustrate the process and effectiveness of the proposed approach. The approach proposed in this paper has the advantage that it needs nothing to do with the inconsistency among the evaluated members on the attribute weighting assignments. For the evaluated members, it is enough to come into the same opinions on the objective of collective achievements. And the new approach is simple to operate and implement.
