摘　　要：文章利用Citespace软件中的共被引分析法(Co-citation Analysis)可视化分析了国外网络用户心智模型研究的热点、前沿,在此基础上,运用文献分析法,分别从研究机构、认知风格、认知信息记录、心智模型测量及不同信息系统用户认知研究等纬度综合分析了国内外网络用户心智模型研究的现状、特征及不足。This paper analyzes visually the hotspots and frontiers on foreign network users’mental modelresearch by using C o - citation Analysis method of the Citespace Software. On this basis, by using literatureanalysis, this paper comprehensively analyzes the status, characteristics and shortcomings of domestic and overseasnetwork users7 mental model research on different angles such as research institutions, cognitive style, cognitiveinformation recording, mental model measuring and different information system user cognition study respectively.
