摘  要:我单位在施工延2井时,刘家沟组和石千峰组交面发生漏失,采用常规材料和方法进行封堵,只能短时间凑效,多次封堵下来,花费巨大,而且不能承受大比重饱和盐水泥浆的高液柱压力,导致无法继续钻进。后使用可控凝胶憋压堵漏,一次成功,只至终孔,没有再次发生漏失现象。经过比对,用凝胶类材料封堵此漏层效果好、成本低、工期短,优于其它材料和方法。During the construction of Yan'Er well, there exsits leakage between the Liujiagou group and Shiqianfeng group. If adopting conventional materials and methods to block, it only can block in a short time. After several times of blocking, the expenditure is huge, and it cannot sustain the high fluid column pressure of heavy proportion saturated brine mud. As a result, it has to stop the continuing drilling. Afterwards, use controlled gel to stop leakage till the drill一hole finishe, and do not happen leakage for the second time. After the comparison, using gel to block this type of leakag is efficient, and has low cost and short construction time. This method is better that other matreials and ways.
