醒脑静联用生脉注射液对脑出血患者CD62P和炎症因子表达的影响及其临床作用

摘　　要：目的探讨醒脑静联用生脉注射液对脑出血患者循环中CD62P和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响及其临床作用。方法纳入2014年4月至2015年10月我院神经内科经症状、体征和辅助检查确诊为脑出血的患者152例,随机分为治疗组78例,对照组74例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗方法的基础上加用醒脑静联用生脉注射液,观察两组患者治疗前后循环中CD62P、TNF-α、IL-6水平的变化,以及美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评估量表(ADL)评分的变化。结果经过治疗7 d和14 d后,治疗组循环中CD62P、TNF-α、IL-6的水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗7 d和14 d后,治疗组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静联用生脉注射液可能通过降低体内血小板激活水平,减少炎症因子表达,从而达到保护脑出血患者神经系统功能的效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing combined with Shengmai injection on the expression of CD62 P,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α）,and interleukin-6（ IL-6） in cerebral hemorrhage patients and its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of152 patients,who were diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage by symptoms and laboratory tests and admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital between April 2014 and October 2015,were randomly divided into treatment（ n = 78） and control（ n = 74） groups.Both groups were subjected to conventional therapy,with the addition of Xingnaojing combined with Shengmai injection for the treatment group. Changes in circulating CD62 P,TNF-α,and IL-6 levels,as well as changes in the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale（ NIHSS） and Activity of Daily Living Scale（ ADL） scores,were compared between the treatment and control groups after 7 and14 days of treatment. Results Circulating CD62 P,TNF-α,and IL-6 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after 7 and 14 days of treatment（ all P〈0. 05）. However,NIHSS scores were significantly lower and ADL scores were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group after 7 and 14 days of treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Xingnaojing combined with Shengmai injection may protect the function of the nervous system in cerebral hemorrhage patients,probably by reducing platelet activation（ CD62P） and TNF-α and IL-6 expression.
