摘　　要：简述了政府投资科技项目的概念,基于政府投资科技项目复杂性、非盈利性及政府主导性特征,分析了政府投资科技项目治理中存在的问题,并从建立评估体系、完善监督体系、加强团队建设等方面,提出了相应的解决措施。The paper describes the concept of government invested science technology project. Based on complexity,non-profit and government-dominated of government invested science technology project,it analyzes problems existing in the treatment of government invested science technology project,and puts forward corresponding solving measures from aspects of establishing evaluation system,improving supervision system and strengthening team building.
