海归创业研究现状与未来研究方向探析

摘　　要：创业活动是中国经济发展的新引擎,海归作为创业大军中的高层次人才备受青睐。近年来,随着国内创业环境的大力改善,海归创业活动日渐兴盛,海归创业的贡献和创业过程中遇到的问题自然吸引了社会各界的高度关注。通过系统整理国内外海归创业研究的主要成果,依循"海归创业研究现状—海归创业研究评述—海归创业未来研究方向"的进路展开分析,以期为海归创业研究提供更广阔的思路。Entrepreneurial activity is the new engine of China’s economic development,returnees as high-level personnel in the army of entrepreneurship have been favored. In recent years,with the great improvement of the domestic business environ-ment, returnees entrepreneurial activities are increasingly prosperous, the contribution and problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship naturally attract the attention of all sectors of society. This paper collects the main research results about returnees entrepreneurship both at home and abroad,summarizes and explores the relevant content around ＂research sta-tus of returnees entrepreneurship-research review of returnees entrepreneurship-future research direction of returnees entrepre- neurship”,in order to provide a broader approach to returnees entrepreneurship research.
