摘　　要：针对当前高校毕业生"就业难"和用人单位"人才荒"的"两难"困境,开展了教与学紧密结合、理论与实践紧密结合、学校与企业紧密结合、学生自主管理与团队活动紧密结合的培养模式改革,实现了在搭建通识性公共基础教育平台的基础上,分层次、多元化的专业教育和工程与创新教育,以全面提高人才培养质量,着力破解"两难"困境.In view of the dilemma between current college graduates＇ ＂employment difficulty＂ and employing units＇ ＂talent shortage＂, ＂Four Combination＂ mode including tight combination of teaching and learning, of theory and practice, of schools and enterprises, and of students＇ autonomous management and collective activity organizations is explored. On the basis of building general public basic education platform, hierarchical,diversified professional education and engineering innovation education are implemented to comprehensively improve talent training quality and to powerfully break the dilemma.
