缺血性脑卒中患者血PAPP-A水平的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)水平与脑卒中之间的关系。方法:将230例缺血性脑卒中患者分为动脉栓塞脑梗死组、腔隙性脑卒中组。根据需要选取健康体检者120例,测PAPP-A值、颈动脉斑块与内膜中膜厚度(IMT)分析之间关系;将缺血性脑卒中组及健康体检对照组分别行颈部血管B超检查后分析各组血清PAPP-A水平。结果:脑梗死组的PAPP-A值高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中组,易损性斑块组在血清PAPP-A测量水值高于稳定性斑块组(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者血清妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)可以作为脑卒中的预测因子及预后指标。Objective：The paper aims to analyze levels of pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A compare with ischemic stroke and carotid atherosclerosis plaque.Methods：A total of ischemic stroke in patients with 230 cases,Yan＇an University Affiliated to Dongguan cerebrovascular disease hospital outpatient physical examination of healthy people 120 cases were selected,serum pregnancy associated plasma protein A（PAPP-A）value were analyzed.Results：ischemic stroke group were increased compared with those of the control group.The serum levels of PAPP-A in vulnerable plaque group were higher than those of the non plaque group.Conclusion：Serum pregnancy associated plasma protein A（PAPP-A）is closely related to ischemic stroke patients and plaque vulnerability,The serum levels of PAPP-A was a potential serum marker of unstable atherosclerotic plaques.
