摘 要:长时间暴露在室外的光伏电池会出现封装材料的老化或破损,从而导致电池的光学损失故障。为研究不同的故障状态对光伏电池模型参数的影响,从等效透光率的角度入手,用半透膜逐层遮挡的方法模拟光伏电池不同的光学损失故障状态,测量并分析相应状态下光伏电池的I-V特性曲线,采用自适应混沌粒子群算法辨识出相应光伏模型的5个参数值,从而对在发生光学损失故障时的光伏电池模型参数的变化规律进行研究,得到了能较好表现光伏模型参数变化规律的非线性表达式,为提高光伏电池的效率和后续光伏电池故障诊断的研究打下基础。As for long time exposed outdoor condition, the capsulation of photovoltaic panel may be broken, which would result in the optical losses fault. In order to study the effect of optical losses fault on monocrystalline silicon solar cells, different states of optical faults are simulated with semipermeable membrane in the way of shading layer by layer to obtain the equivalent luminousness. Then the corresponding I - V curves are measured and analyzed. The parameters of each curve are identified using the self-adaptive chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm( SA- CPSO). The parameters would be used for the studying of the law of the change of the photovoltaic cell model parameters when optical loss faults occur. At last, five nonlinear expressions are brought out to well describe these phenomena, which would be helpful for developing more efficient photovoltaic cells and the study of fault diagnosis.
