摘　　要：目的：检测外周血清miR-197、miR-203在非小细胞肺癌的表达及对非小细胞肺癌诊断的意义。方法：采用实时荧光定量PCR检测80例正常人和80例非小细胞肺癌患者血清中miR-197、miR-203的表达量,绘制ROC曲线分析其诊断非小细胞肺癌的价值。结果：miR-197和miR-203在NSCLC血清中均高表达,miR-197在两组中表达有差异[（4.23±0.38）vs（1.25±0.24）,P〈0.05],miR-203在两组中表达有差异[（3.32±0.21）vs（1.32±0.42）,P〈0.05]。miR-197诊断非小细胞肺癌的AUC值为0.83（95%CI：0.68-0.93）,而miR-203则为0.76（95%CI：0.60-0.87）。联合miR-197与miR-203诊断非小细胞肺癌的AUC值提高至0.93（95%CI：0.70-0.98）。结论：非小细胞肺癌外周血中miR-197、miR-203呈高表达,与NSCLC临床TNM分期、淋巴结转移关系密切。ROC曲线分析显示联合检测miR-197、miR-203特异度及灵敏度均可达90%,有望作为诊断NSCLC的潜在分子标志物。Objective：To study the expression of serum miR-197 and miR-203 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）and its clinical significance.Methods：The level of serum miR-197 and miR-203 was de-tected in serum of normal human and patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）,and its diagnostic value was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve （ROC curve）.Results：miR-197 and miR-203 in NSCLC were highly expressed in serum.miR-197 was differentially expressed in the two groups[（4.23 ±0.38）vs （1.25 ± 0.24）,P〈0.05],and miR-203 was differentially expressed in the two groups[（3.32 ±0.21）vs （1.32 ±0.42）, P〈0.05].Area under ROC was 0.83（95%CI：0.68-0.93）for miR-197,0.76（95%CI：0.60-0.87）for miR-203,and 0.93（95%CI：0.70-0.98）for miR-197 combined with miR-203.Conclusion：The expression of miR-197 and miR-203 was higher than the control group.Detection of miR-197 and miR-203 in serum might be a potential marker of diagnosis and prognosis for NSCLC.
