摘　　要：前列腺上皮内瘤是前列腺导管上皮、小管和腺泡上皮异常增生的病变,具有易进展为浸润性癌的生物学行为特征,认为是前列腺的癌前期病变。其病变在常规切片上形态复杂多样,有时在穿刺活检病理诊断中容易误诊。本文对前列腺上皮内瘤的形态学特征及鉴别诊断作一综述。Prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia is with a kind of morphology in the prostatic ducts and acini,tubular ep-ithelial dysplasia and the biological behavior of easy to progress to a lesion to invasive cancer of prostate,considered premalignant lesions.The lesions in the conventional slice forms are complicated and various,sometimes in the biopsy diagnosis is easy to be misdiagnosed.The morphological characteristics and differential diagnosis of prostatic intraepi-thelial neoplasia were reviewed.
