摘　　要：本文在实地调查、问卷、交通事故卷宗数据挖掘的基础上,研究了不良机动车驾驶行为对城市道路交通流特性参数的影响,分析得到不良机动车驾驶行为对速度、交通流密度影响状态;在分析不良机动车驾驶行为如何造成车道变窄(车道数不变)、车道数减少、车道出口混乱等的基础上,研究了不良机动车驾驶行为对道路通行能力干扰程度并对其予以修正,得到该类环境下的实际道路通行能力计算方法。本文研究成果为道路交通管理部门提供有益借鉴和参考,对提高道路交通系统运行效率和安全水平具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。Based on spot field investigation, questionnaires, traffic accidents dossier data mining etc., this paper studies the influence of bad motor vehicle driving behavior to urban traffic flow characteristic parameters and gets the impact descending order of the four typical bad motor vehicle driving behaviors to the vehicle running speed and the traffic flow density;analyzes the bad situation which is a result of the bad motor vehicle driving behaviors, for example, the lane suddenly narrows but the number of lanes is not change, the number of lanes reduce, and lane exit is confused and so on, and according to these, the basic road traffic capacity is corrected to get the actual road traffic capacity under the road condition of the bad motor vehicle driving behaviors. The research results provide a theoretical basis to improve the relevant laws and regulations. It also has an important theoretical and practical value on improving the transportation efficiency and the safety standards of the road traffic system.
