摘  要:为了使木塑复合材获得更好的表面装饰效果和良好的附着力,对木塑复合材表面分别喷涂热塑丙烯酸树脂漆 和硝基漆两种装饰漆料,再经水披覆转印装饰后比较木塑复合材表面的装饰效果和附着力情况,得出水披覆转印的上膜温 度在30-40℃、膜干温度在50-70℃内为宜,转印效果最佳;硝基漆装饰木塑复合材表面附着力情况比热塑丙烯酸树脂漆 装饰情况要好,硝基漆在2次装饰时表面附着力可达0级,热塑丙烯酸树脂漆需3次装饰,附着力才可达到0级标准;木 塑复合材表面经水披覆转印技术处理后,其装饰效果提高,增加附加值.水披覆转印技术适用于装饰木塑复合材料表面.In order to obtain better surface decorative effect and good adhesion of wood - plastic composite material, two kinds of decorative paints of thermoplastic acrylic resin paint and lacquer were sprayed on wood - plastic composites surface. The surface deco-rative effect and adhesion of wood - plastic composite materials were compared between two kinds of decorative paints after water trans-fer printing. It was concluded that transfer printing effect was better when temperature ranged from 30 to 4 0 ℃ for the water transfer printing and from 50 to 70℃ for film drying. Compared with thermoplastic acrylic resin paint, lacquer was better in terms of surface adhesion. Adhesion can reach the standard level 0 when lacquer decorated twice or thermoplastic acrylic resin paint decorated three times. The surface decorative effect of wood - plastic composites was improved after water transfer printing treatment and added value was also enhanced. The water transfer printing technology was proved to be suitable for wood - plastic composites surface decoration in this study.
