摘　　要：佛波醇及佛波醇酯是一类结构复杂、活性显著的大环二萜类化合物,这类化合物引起了当前学者的广泛关注。文章综述了佛波醇及佛波醇酯的结构、主要来源、提取分离方法、生理作用和市场需求,展望了其市场前景。Phorbol and phorbol esters are the class of macrocyclic diterpene compounds with complex structures and significant physiological activity, which have aroused extensive attention to scholars. For its further development and utilization, this paper summarizes the structures, primary sources, methods of extraction and separation, biological activity as well as market requirements of phorbol and phorbol esters.
