摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是选择性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的重要代表。TRAIL通过与其配体相互作用,并且通过各种信号通路从而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。TRAIL具有特异性靶向癌细胞的能力,而对正常细胞没有影响。近年来,越来越多的临床试验证明TRAIL联合各种增敏剂在抗肿瘤方面具有独特的优势。本文就其结构功能、信号通路及诱导泌尿系肿瘤凋亡研究中的最新进展做如下综述。Tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand （TRAIL） is an important representative of selec-tively inducing apoptosis of tumor cells. TRAIL induces tumor cell apoptosis by interacting with its ligand,and through a variety of signaling pathways. TRAIL has the ability to specifically target cancer cells,and has no effect on normal cells. In recent years,more and more clinical trials have proved that TRAIL combined with various kinds of sensitiza-tion agent has a unique advantage in ant - tumor. In this paper, the recent advances in the study of the structure func-tion, signal pathway and the induction of apoptosis in the urinary system are reviewed.
