摘 要:目的总结低流量先天性血管畸形的腔内治疗经验。方法 2009年7月~2014年7月,对低流量先天性血管畸形132例,采用聚桂醇经皮硬化治疗61例,无水乙醇经皮硬化治疗3例,乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物(ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer,Onyx)经皮硬化2例,联合聚桂醇、无水乙醇、Onyx、平阳霉素或弹簧圈经皮硬化66例。结果随访6~66个月,平均18.8月。治愈57例(43.2%),显效51例(38.6%),好转18例(13.6%),无效6例(4.5%)。1例(0.8%)治疗时发生一过性病灶疼痛。结论腔内治疗是低流量先天性血管畸形的有效治疗方案。Objective To review our experience of endovascular treatment for slow flow congenital vascular malformation. Methods From July 2009 to July 2014, 132 patients with slow flow congenital vascular malformation were treated in our hospital. The patients were treated with percutaneous sclerosing with lauromacrogol in 61 cases, with ethanol in 3 cases, with ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (Onyx) in 2 cases, and mixture of lauromacrogol, ethanol, Onyx, pingyangmycin or elastic ring in 66 cases. Results With a follow-up of 6-66 months (mean, 18.8 months), 57 (43.2%) patients were found cured, 51 (38.6%) patients obtained obvious curative effects, 18 (13.6%) patients were improved, and 6 (4.5%) patients had no effect. One patient suffered transient lesion pain during the treatment (0.8%). Conclusion Endovascular treatment is an effective treatment for slow flow congenital vascular malformation.
