摘  要:生产线温度的精确度和运行速度的稳定性,将直接影响到锂电池隔膜产品质量。为了提高整条生产线的稳定性及可靠性,采用Profibus现场总线技术,实现了生产流程的监视与现场设备的控制。在生产线安装调试的过程中,综合使用多种Profibus现场总线诊断技术,开发了锂电池隔膜生产线实时网络诊断系统。结果表明,该系统能够使锂电池隔膜生产线更加稳定、可靠地运行,并能及时、准确定位Profibus现场总线故障,解析故障原因。In the production line of Lithium battery separator, accuracy of temperature control and stability of running speed directly affect the quality of products. In order to improve the stability and reliability of the whole production l ine,the Profibus field bus technology is used to implement monitoring of the production line and control of the field equipment. During installation and commissioning stages, several kinds of Profibus field bus diagnostic technologies are comprehensively used, and on such basis, the real time network diagnostic system is developed for the production line. The results show that the system can make the production line running more stably and reliably; as well as timely and accurately locates the fault of Profibus field bus, and analyzes the cause of the fault.
