摘  要:为确保电网的安全运行,对配网电缆接地故障特征及选线方法进行研究。首先对中性点小电阻接地模式进行理论分析,利用Matlab/Simulink软件平台,建立电缆故障仿真模型。针对性地研究了单相接地和两相接地短路故障的特性以及不同故障因素对故障特征的影响。结合电缆故障选线系统存在的不足,提出了一种基于零序电流的群体比幅比相法。仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。In order to ensure the safe operation of pouler grid,fault features and the method of fault line selection for distribution network cable are studied, firstly, the low resistance grounding mode of neutral point is selected for researching, then the MATLAB/Simulink software platform is adopted to build the fault simulation model, and the short cut fault features of single phase grounding and two phase grounding, and the influence of different fault factor are studied pertinently. In addition, considering the deficiency of fault line selection, the method of group amplitude comparison and phase comparison based on zero sequence current is proposed. The result of simulation verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
