S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙根管的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价S3镍钛根管锉预备磨牙根管的临床疗效。方法选择门诊牙髓炎及根尖炎患者,随机分为两组,分别用S3镍钛根管锉(试验组)和手用镍钛根管锉(对照组)预备磨牙根管,观察两组的根管治疗约诊间痛发生率和根管预备效果。结果试验组和对照组根管治疗约诊间痛发生率分别为1.22%和9.52%、根管流畅良好率分别为98.42%和94.21%、根管适充率分别为98.03%和93.82%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S3镍钛根管锉能减少根管治疗约诊间痛发生率,根管成形、根充效果好,是一种性能良好的根管预备器械。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of S3 nickel titanium file root canal preparation. Methods Clinic patients with pulpitis and apicitiswere selected and randomly divided into two groups,respectively with S3 nickel titanium root tube file（ experimental group） and nickel titanium root canal file（ control group） preparing molar root canal. The incidence rate of pain and the effect of root canal preparation were observed between the two groups. Results Forexperimental group and control group,the incidence of pain in root canal treatment were respectively 1. 22% and 9. 52%（P〈0. 05）,the root canal smooth good rate were respectively 98. 42% and 94. 21%（P〈0. 05）,and the root canal filling rate were respectively 98. 03% and 93. 82%（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion S3 nickel titanium root canal file can decrease the incidence rate of endodontic interappointment pain, and its shaping root canal,root canal filling effect is good,which is a good performance of the instrument in root canal preparation.
