鼻泪管支架治疗老年性鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 观察鼻泪管支架植入术治疗老年性鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法 收集2011年3月至2014年4月的老年性鼻泪管阻塞患者44例（49眼）,进行鼻泪管支架植入术,手术均由科室同一位术者完成。术后前3 d每天冲洗泪道1次,连续3 d;之后第1个月内每周冲洗泪道1次,连续3周;再以后每月用生理盐水冲洗泪道1次,共随访6-18个月。结果 鼻泪管支架植入术后1个月,6个月,12个月及18个月的有效率相比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。术后1个月的有效率95.74%（45/47）,6个月和12个月的为93.62%（44/47）,18个月的为91.49%（43/47）。中老年组的治愈率（93.33%）和有效率（100%）均高于老年组（90.63%、93.75%）,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论鼻泪管支架治疗老年性鼻泪管阻塞临床效果好,操作简单、快速、安全,值得推广和应用。Obective To observe the clinical curative effect of nasolacrimal duct stent for the treatment of senile nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 44 aged patients （49 eyes） with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were collected from March 2011 to April 2014 , who performed nasolacrimal duct stenting by a surgeon in the department. Rinsing lacrimal every day before surgery for 3 days; Rinsing lacrimal every week for three weeks; then every month for a total follow - up of 6 - 18 months. Results Nasolacrimal duct stent implantation 1 month, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months of effectiveness, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0. 0 5 ） . After a month of efficiency 95.74% （ 4 5 /4 7 ） , 6 months and 12 months was 93.62% （44/47） , 18 months was 91. 49% （43/47）. The cure rate and effective rate in the older group （93. 33% , 100% ） than in the older group （90. 63% , 93.75%） , but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 0 5 ） . Conclusion Nasolacrimal duct stent in treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction aged good clinical effect, simple, fast, safe, worthy of promotion and application.
