摘　　要：恶性肿瘤严重危害人类健康，近年来的研究显示肿瘤细胞间信号转导影响肿瘤细胞的生物学特征，与肿瘤生长及转移密切相关。胰岛素样生长因子（IGFs）信号转导体系是一种有潜能的有丝分裂原，广泛存在于人体的组织器官和血液中，研究发现IGFs蛋白在乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胃癌、肺癌、胰腺癌等多种肿瘤组织中存在异常表达，有望成为新的判断肿瘤发生及转移的诊疗指标。Malignancies threaten human health seriously. Recently studies show that intercellular signal transduction influences the biological characteristics of tumor cells It has closely relationship with tumor growth and metastasis Insulin-like growth factor （IGFs） signal transduction system is a potential mitogen that distributed in the body＇s tissues, organs and blood. Researches show that the abnormal expression of IGFs exists in many tissues, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, gastric carcinoma, lung carcinoma, pancreatic cancer and so on, which may play an important role in occurrence and metastasis as a novel tumor marker.
