摘　　要：目的掌握新疆乌鲁木齐市听力残疾人群对健康管理的认知及卫提供参考。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取新疆乌鲁木齐市1126名持生服务需求与利用的情况,以便为切实可行的健康管理服务模式建立证听力残疾人作为调查对象进行问卷调查,利用统计学软件对数据进行统计分析。结果本次调查一共获得有效问卷1000份。针对健康管理的认知状况这一条款,显示绝大多数人群对此认知严重缺乏,仅有10.7%的人较为了解,在健康管理需求这一条款上,56%的人认为有健康管理需求,同时在健康需求项目中需求最高的是健康体检。结论目前听力残疾人对健康管理的认知度和接受度不高,但潜在需求已经实际存在,健康管理服务项目范畴较窄。要进一步加大宣传力度,正确引导需求,分层管理,帮助听力残疾人树立正确的健康管理观,完善健康管理体系。Objective To study the awareness and provide reference of healthy management of disabled people in Urumqi.Methods The random sampling method was used to select Urumqi 1126 support and health services needs and utilization of the situation so practical health management services model to establish permit hearing persons with disabilities as the survey questionnaire,using statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Results The survey received a total of 1000 valid questionnaires.Knowledge of health management for this provision,the vast majority of people show they are lack of this field knowledge,only 10.7% of people have a better understanding on health management,56% of people think there is a healthy demand management and highest healthy demand of the project is healthy.Conclusion The current hearing awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities to health management is not enough,but the potential demand has actually exist,the scope of health management services is narrow.To further strengthen publicity,it needs proper guidance,hierarchical management,to help people with disabilities to establish the correct hearing health management concept,and improve the health management system.
