摘　　要：目的:研究长链非编码RNA NEAT1在肾癌组织及其癌旁组织中的表达水平差异,分析其表达水平与患者临床特征之间的关系,并探究其有何相对应的临床意义。方法:提取35对标本的总RNA,经逆转录、实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)来检测NEAT1的表达量,并使用统计学分析NEAT1的表达差异与其临床特征之间的具体相关性。结果:NEAT1在30例(85.71%))肾癌标本中表达下调,统计学分析表明NEAT1在肾癌组织表达明显下调(P<0.05)。NEAT1在肾癌中表达量与患者的性别、年龄、癌组织类型、TNM分期、AJCC分期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:NEAT1在肾癌组织中表达明显下降,提示其可能与肾癌的发生发展有一定关系。Objective：To detect the expression level of NEAT1 in the renal cell carcinoma（RCC）and paired normal tissues,analyze the relationship between the expression level of NEAT1 and clinicopathologic characteristics of patients and explore its clinical significance.Method：Total RNA was isolated from 35 RCC tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues.Reverse transcription and real time quantitative PCR（qRT-PCR）were used to detect the expression of NEAT1.We analyzed the relationship between the expression of NEAT1 in tissues and clinicopathologic characteristics.Result：The expression of NEAT1 in RCC tissues was significantly lower than that of paired adjacent normal tissues（P〈0.05）,and 30（85.71%）RCC tissues all showed down-regulation.The results showed that there was no relationship between the expression of NEAT1 and patients＇ gender,age,histology,TNM stage and AJCC stage（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of NEAT1down-regulates in RCC tissues,and this indicated that NEAT1 might be involved in the tumorigenesis and development of RCC.
