临床药师参与1例卵巢癌伴铂过敏患者化疗的药学实践

摘　　要：目的通过临床药师实践过程,探索临床药师的工作方式及思维方法。方法参与1例卵巢癌伴铂过敏患者的治疗,充分利用专业背景,在给药方案的设计、药物不良反应的监测等环节,作为临床治疗团队一员,为患者提供全面的药学服务。结果临床药师参与的临床治疗团队能更好的为患者提供服务,铂过敏患者可以在有效的铂脱敏治疗方案后获得最优的治疗。结论临床药师参与临床治疗,有利于发挥药师在治疗团队中的作用,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。Objective To find the working and thinking mode of clinical pharmacists in their practice. Methods Clinical pharmacists took part in the treatment team and provided pharmaceutical care for a cancer patient with platinum-allergy ovarian, such as designing the medication program, monitoring the ADR. Results The treatment team provided better care with the help of clinical pharmacists. The platinum-allergy patient might get the best medication after the desensitization therapy of carboplatin. Conclusion Involvement of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic practice could improves the security and efficacy of pharmacotherapy.
