摘　　要：文章以杭州市某社区作为研究个案,以"社区事件"为研究的切入点,探讨城市基层社区的日常运作逻辑:在我国特殊环境中社区自身的角色定位,促使行政体制在日常运作中不断渗透,社区居委会和社区工作人员通过非正式的情感维系增强居民参与。尽管社区自治性组织不断涌现,但其仍在限定的空间中发展。在这样的过程中形成了体制吸纳与社区依赖的场景:国家力量主导社区发展,但这一过程孕育了社区自治张力,两者的共同作用影响着社区发展。This paper focuses on the case study of a community in Hangzhou,and through the＂community event＂,discusses the daily operation logic of urban grassroots community：the community＇s own role in the special environmentpromptes the administrative system to operate. Community residents＇ committees and the community staff enhance residentsparticipation through informal emotional connection. Although the community autonomy organizations appear continuously,itsdevelopment is still in the limited space. In the process,it forms a scene of system absorption and community dependency：state power dominants community development and the process presents the tension of community autonomy,they bothinfluence the development of community.
