320排容积CT多期增强扫描联合血管成像诊断肺内肿块的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肺内肿块行320排容积CT的多期增强扫描和血管成像(CTA)联合诊断价值。方法:选取本院2014年4月至2016年4月收治肺内肿块102例患者予回顾性分析,按肿块病理结果分良性病变组与肺癌组,均行320排容积CT的多期增强扫描和CTA联合诊断,对比其结果。结果:良性病变组供血动脉的显示率比肺癌组低,除血管瘤的其他三类主动脉期CT增强值比肺癌组小(P<0.05)。结论:肺内肿块行320排容积CT的多期增强扫描和CTA联合诊断价值高,具有一定临床应用与研究价值。Objective： To research the value of multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA in diagnosing pulmonary mass .Methods： The data of 102 patients treated in our hos-pital from April 2014 to April 2016 was retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to tumor pathology results, the benign lesions group and the lung cancer group .Two groups received the diagnosis of multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA.Results：The displaying rate of feeding artery in the benign lesions group was lower than that in the lung cancer group .And CT enhance-ment value of the other three kinds of aorta in the benign lesions group was smaller than that in the lung cancer group except for hemangioma （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Multi-phase enhancement scanning of 320-row volume CT combined with CTA in diagnosing pulmonary mass has high value , which is worthy of clinical application and research.
